Arduino based Robotic Process Automation

Arduino RPA

It's an open source electronics platform with software and hardware that's simple to use. Arduino programming can take inputs like a light on a sensor, a finger on a button, or a tweet and transform them into outputs like turning on an LED, starting a motor, and publishing online.

Arduino can do?

Arduino RPA is a software-based robot that can do a variety of things. These tasks include record keeping, calculations, inquiries, and transactions. HTML, Java, and.NET are common technologies that Robotic Process Automation supports. Mainframe Terminals, SAP, Blackline, and Oracle are also compatible systems. The programming automation of the AVR Microcontroller implies that it may be set up to conduct any rule-based operation.

The future is predicated on automation, and we can see examples of it in every industry now, from home automation to industrial automation, and from "Alexa" to "Google Assistant." As a result, we must be prepared to satisfy the demand for automation skills, and RPA is the new technology that will do so. Robotic Process Automation software bots can interact with any application or system in the same manner that humans can, with the exception that RPA bots can work around the clock, nonstop, significantly faster, and with 100% accuracy and precision.

At Encoding Enhancers, we have enabled a Touch device application that is used on Windows for Monitoring and Controlling Heat Trace Controllers, so we needed a tool that could automate the application, test the Gui by clicking the buttons, scan the device over a shared network, generate alarms in the device following certain predefined condition and, most importantly, automate the application when accessed remotely. We are using RPA with UI path as that is the most dependable and efficient technology for this job.

Advantages of RPA
  • Extreme accuracy and uniformity much less prone to error
  • Cost savings are significant since RPA handles repetitive tasks and saves time.
  • Bots adhere to regulatory compliance regulations and give a trait audit history.
  • When compared to a manual procedure, the process cycle times are substantially shorter.
  • There will be no disturbance to underlying legacy systems, decreasing IT workload.
  • Configuring a software robot does not require programming knowledge. Even non-technical employees can automate a process by setting up a bot and recording their actions.
  • Software robots are indestructible. In reality, it aids in the expansion of scalability.
Conclusion:

Robotics requires the use of certain resources capable of simultaneously running numerous programmes. The number of tasks that we want the robot to perform also determines whether or not many programmes can be performed simultaneously.
